The Coos Bay and North Bend area has seen unprecedented growth the past 2 years with home values jumping in value 15% per year on average. This rise in value has crossed over into the rental market pushing up rents accordingly. As with any other product, supply and demand run the market. Condition, location and value are the rule making finding the right home a challenge. But it can be done and our area is absolutely worth the task.

Our inventory list is always available via fax or email.
