E.L. Edwards Realty II, Inc. was established by LaVerne and Norma Edwards in 1981. What began with a small office at home grew in a few years to serving almost 100 customers. We moved to our present location on Broadway, North Bend in December of 1984. LaVerne and Norma began their much-deserved retirement in 1994.
Terry and Joyce Edwards became the owners after working in the family business for over 10 years. Together they provided housing throughout the community for another ten years. After two decades of service, they then turned over the ownership of the company to long-term employee and family friend, Kris Thurman, who took the reins as owner and principal broker in 2008 under the new name E. L. Edwards Realty II, Inc.
For 16 years, Kris continued to grow the company into the business it is today. After many hard-working years; Kris turned the company over to her two sons, Brandon and Shawn Thurman and daughter in-law, Kelly Thurman, who maintain ownership today.
We continue to provide professional management services for our customers with our office managing many different types of residential units throughout two counties, a variety of storage units, and multiple commercial properties.
